The IM India business team supports day-to-day billing activities for Iron Mountain India customers. This team is responsible for carrying out various billing related activities. This is a very critical team with a need to maintain high quality standards and strict adherence to SLA’s.

Key Areas of Responsibility

The roles and responsibilities of the role are as below

Oracle Cloud:

  • Be a SPOC for Oracle Cloud data migration

  • Understand different systems used in the billing team and clean up the data before the migration process can kickstart

  • Ensure accounts in the billing systems match with the source system

  • Ensure that all accounts in the billing system translates over to Oracle cloud platform

  • Validate the site address and site details are accurately mapped in Oracle Cloud

Other Billing Activities:

  • Process Manual invoices/Credits/Re-bill requests on source system

  • Maintenance of customer profile

  • Create month end reports

  • Modifying customer Invoices and re-issuing

  • Non Standard/ Customer Specific Billing activities

  • Web invoice Submissions

Skills Required:

  • Understanding about Billing activities & billing close

  • Oracle platform (cloud would be added advantage)

  • *Intermediate knowledge of Excel/G-Suite (Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc…) (This is a mandatory requirement)

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly

  • Ability to deliver outstanding quality despite working through high volumes

  • Sound reading comprehension and Excellent verbal (oral) and written communication skills

  • Speed and accuracy of data input experience required

  • Responsiveness and sense of urgency

  • Ability to think strategically, and act tactically

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of relevant IM process and procedures

  • Actively seek new ways to help improve process and propose changes to improve the quality of service delivered and reduce costs

  • Complete all work to a high quality and exceed levels of customer satisfaction

  • A reliable, loyal and trustworthy individual who demonstrates a high degree of integrity

  • Taking personal ownership for customer issues whilst pursuing all avenues to ensure a satisfactory resolution

  • Have pride in personal appearance / image, and seek to be professional in all dealings with colleagues and customers

  • Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills, positive attitude and teamwork driven

  • Exhibit a superior level of total customer service and satisfaction for both internal support groups and external customers

  • Effective time & prioritization management

  • Ability to execute transactions and requests as per prescribed guidelines and timelines in order to meet the SLA and quality standards.

  • Strong willingness to learn new processes, dive into challenges
