The Manager, Financial Systems Access will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, management, and support for user access and defined roles within financial systems, including all modules of Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, OneStream, Cadency, GL Wand, other Reporting tools and all future financial system tools. This role will align business operations and processes with Internal Audit and other compliance requirements. This role is critical to support the implementation and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud ERP system globally to all 60+ countries to drive standardization, simplification, automation and new feature deployment to our end-user and business community.
The Manager, Financial Systems Access will be responsible for:
Defining and developing user access roles in financial systems ensuring requirements are met for business operations and internal audit compliance;
Approve all new access requests ensuring access is appropriate for the user’s role and does not violate segregation of duties or other compliance requirements;
Coordinate business responses to resolve RMC conflicts;
Manage license counts in all Cloud based financial systems and remediate any over-subscriptions. If new licenses are needed, work with Procurement to minimize the needs and cost impact;
Maintain responsibility groups and definitions mindful of conflicts of interest and segregation of duties and other compliance requirements;
Coordinate quarterly SOX Access Controls reporting and approval.
The role serves as the subject matter expert for all User Access system components and related reporting. From a technical perspective, this role will be actively involved in identifying requirements, designing, developing, testing and supporting solutions.
