Elevate your career by joining our dynamic global organization as a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic growth through insightful financial management, business analysis, and impactful projections, directly influencing our business planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role will:

  • Promote the strategic growth and development of the businesses with respect to financial management and business analysis

  • Responsible for management information, perform analysis and projections, support business planning processes and drive continuous improvement of business performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead capital management reporting for global technology investments.

  • Develop and deliver detailed budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic targets.

  • Analyze monthly financial results, providing clear communication on performance against budget.

  • Drive planning cycles with comprehensive resourcing and commercial target setting.

  • Identify and recommend business process changes to mitigate financial risks.

  • Build strong relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders to enhance understanding and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial management and business analysis.

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Experience with capital expenditure management and revenue accounting principles.

  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.

  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge decision-making.
