The Billing Analyst will be responsible for carrying out invoicing for all customers, ensuring its completeness and transmitting invoices to customers in a timely manner.
What You Will Do
Perform routine billing and month end close work from all Iron Mountain systems.
Ensure completeness of monthly billing.
Ensure that billing processes and internal audit standards are followed.
Ensure the application of billing processes and internal audit standards (Sox).
Identify potential malfunctions and make suggestions.
What You Will Bring To The Role
German language level B2
English language level B2
Experience in a billing or accounting department.
Ability to prioritize work within the team.
Strong attention to detail, rigorous.
Good knowledge of the Office pack, Excel, GSuite, ERPs.
Fluency in the client internet portal.
Knowledge of accounting.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Billing or Accounting department
