ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY…

To assist in the preparation of the statutory reports of various legal entities and provide all PBC items required for the statutory audits. This role will be part of a team that will work directly with the Regional/Cluster Controllers to ensure timely delivery of statutory reports and external audits. The roll will have frequent interaction with management personnel at all levels of our organization, including Enterprise FP&A, Regional/Country Business Partners, Tax, Treasuryand each of our international business unitsin order to ensurethe accuracy of informationin each of our financials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Responsible for preparing the statutory reports while working with the Regional/Cluster Controllersand in - country teams in order to ensure timely tracking and completion of reports.

  • Responsible for attending training sessions and ensuring the understanding of our statutoryreporting platform taht will assist with the preparation of the statutory reports.

  • Responsible for providing all Provided-by-client (PBC)items to auditors while working with the Regional/Cluster Controllers and in-conuntry teams in order to ensure timely and completion of re6ports

  • Responsible for working with our finance shared services outsource providerto complete all PBCitems requested by the auditors while working with the Regional/Cluster and in-country teams. This includes providing audit samplesof contracts, invoices, reconciliationof accounts, etc.

  • Responsible for escalating material issuesthat would impact the company's consolidated financial reporting to the Regional/Cluster Controllers and in-country teams in order to ensure timely tracking and completion of reports

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS…

  • 6 to 8 years of auditing and accounting experience, doing statutory reports

  • Experience in auditing or global companies

  • Advanced English

  • Accountant profesional career
