Order to Cash Supervisor - Turkey
Primary purpose of the role:
This role is a key part of the global Agreement to Cash (A2C) organisation, which is focussed on billing, cash applications, disputes and cash collection. As part of the A2C team, the A2C Supervisor, Turkey is focused on driving improvements, building a new organisation and operational delivery of billing and collections for Turkey
This is a key role that faces off to senior business and finance leaders in Turkey and the broader EMEA region, deals with key customers (e.g. for escalations or disputes) and interacts with sales leaders to influence and drive collections, as well as effective billing solutions.
The Order to Cash Supervisor Turkey, will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating the turkey A2C team This will include driving delivery of cash collection strategies and tightly managing the teams, requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret key A2C outcome drivers, taking appropriate action where necessary. The role will include ownership of A2C Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with responsibility for both development, refinement and ongoing monitoring to ensure that agreed service delivery metrics are met/exceeded.
The role will partner closely with Turkey’s FP&A leader, GM and Sales VP to drive cash collection and liaise with the Sales and Operations leadership to address issues that impact upon A2C process efficiency and cash collection performance.
The A2C Supervisor will act as the People Leader for Turkey and will be responsible for local governance and control activities, as well as the local implementation of A2C policies. The role will also be responsible for performance management and line management activities for direct reports, including performance reviews and working with HR on relevant matters.
We are conducting a global A2C Transformation, implementing standards processes, operational procedures and a standard global technology stack. The role will be responsible for the local implementation of A2C leading practices (policies, procedures, reports) within country.
End to end process understanding of the A2C operating model, ideally with a track record of BDE and cash collection sustainable performance improvement.
Minimum 5 to 8 years relevant functional experience, ideally billing or collections (preferably exposure to both);
Experience working in a multinational environment in a matrix management structure.
Experience and working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, billing systems, customer portals and CRM including SalesForce.
Experience in leading teams and managing change due to restructure and systems migrations and business integrations.
Remote team management, with ability to lead and motivate during ambiguity
AR settlement negotiations with largest customers and senior individuals
