THE OPPORTUNITY
Senior Finance Business Partner
We're in search of an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner. In this position you will be pivotal in enhancing profitability and guiding strategic decision-making with advanced financial analysis and reporting. This position demands a driven individual with profound financial knowledge and robust leadership capabilities.
Your role in our mission
Lead the oversight of pre-close financials and make corrective adjustments when required.
Provide comprehensive communication on performance vs budget through monthly flash reporting.
Take charge of preparing forecasts using forecast templates for both Opex and Capex.
Drive the development of growth strategies to maximize long-term profitability.
Deliver insightful reporting to enhance understanding and aid decision-making (e.g., projects outlook, book to bill, margin deep dive, activity vs headcount).
Conduct in-depth risk analysis and provide recommendations for necessary business process changes to address financial misstatement risks, collaborating with management, operations, and accounting teams to implement changes.
Ensure consistent data sets to support reporting tools such as ROI analysis, cube analytics, RTR/CTR, and payroll.
Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with both non-finance and finance stakeholders.
Valued skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
Proven track record of success in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiences.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience leading and mentoring junior team members.
Strategic thinker with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
