Crozier is looking for a Risk Program Manager with exceptional communication and collaboration skills to join its dynamic and growing team. The Risk Program Manager is responsible for leading the Risk Management function for Crozier. The essential responsibilities include correspondence, communication, process design, implementation, oversight, and development of Risk Management and Controls Assessments. This role will coordinate with key stakeholders and the overall administration of Crozier’s Risk Management Program. Additionally, this position will maintain Risk compliance records, collaborate with Leadership on remediation and negotiation of risk incidents, consult with Legal, Risk, and Compliance and implement schedules for Risk training and audit compliance.


  • Responsible for maintaining all Risk Management protocols for exposure identification, valuation reporting, DVL, and contractual terms. Analyze trends and exposures to identify areas of mitigation and avoidance—design and support protocols for ensuring proper exposure identification. Report all risk/claims related disclosure related events to Disclosure Committee

  • Field risk management and safety-related questions. Work with corporate teams and vendors to provide appropriate guidance and sustainable processes.

  • Review customer contracts to provide guidance on insurance, limitation of liability, and negligence standards. Work with legal to review bespoke contracts. Provide clear recommendations and related risks of contract language.

  • Establish and manage Claims Management, end-to-end process, to improve consistency of approach and client satisfaction. Reduce timeline from incident report to resolution. Coordinate all communications, including with the carrier (if involved), leadership, legal, and risk team.

  • Assume primary contact with clients and accounts related to damage events, advise on remediation methods with Crozier field experts’ guidance, and bring events to a successful resolution.

  • Design and deliver Monthly Management Reporting and KPIs to understand claims trends, financial impacts, training, and documentation needs

  • Devise innovative strategies to reduce and mitigate risk incidents that will positively impact Crozier’s business and preserve integrity. Implement After Action Reviews and incorporate learning into Incident Management Lifecycle.

  • Oversee compliance. Execute Iron Mountain’s compliance requirements and industry best practices. Report and maintain required certifications, including OSHA reporting


  • Exceptional process design skills

  • Highly collaborative, the ability to team with other groups to influence the collection of information required to obtain compliance

  • Practical organizational skills to manage effective communication and efficient incident resolution

  • Attention to detail, particularly related to analytics and adherence to contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements and company policy

  • Proficient in Google Suite.

  • Knowledge of art logistics, including current packing, handling, storage, and transportation methods and materials/equipment

  • Experience with Risk and Controls Assessments (R&CA) and incident management

  • Understanding of fine arts insurance

  • Claims Management skills in fine arts preferred

  • Legal experience highly desired
