We are looking for Finance Business Partner DACH

The Global Finance Organization’s five functional areas report to the Chief Financial Officer. Our mission is to protect value through maintenance of a robust audit, control, and accounting environment to deliver value through customer-focused, efficient finance transactions processes to create value through proactive performance management, appropriate capital allocation, insightful analysis, tax and treasury optimization, and effective business development; and to promote value through high quality investor information and communication. Global Finance’s functional areas include Global Accounting, Business Partners (Global Records and Information Management (RIM) and Global Luxury Entertainment Arts Management (GLEAM), Data Center Finance, Corporate Finance, and Investor Relations.


  • Work closely with business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to increase the profitability

  • Execution of monthly business reporting to the regional leadership,

  • Responsible for timely management information, preparation of forecast and budgets

  • Perform analysis and projections, support business planning processes and drive continuous improvement of business performance

  • Oversee pre close Financials and make corrective adjustments when required

  • Understand the monthly results and provide robust communication on performance vs Budget – monthly Flash reporting

  • Preparation of the forecasts, supported by forecast templates (Opex & Capex)

  • Provide information supporting Real Estate strategy to maximise long term profitability through regional consolidations,

  • Provide consistent reporting to enhance understanding and aid decision making (Projects outlook, Book to Bill, Margin Deep Dive and Activity vs Headcount)

  • Understand risk analysis, review and provide recommendations for business process changes necessary to address risks of financial misstatement. Working with management, operations and accounting teams on implementing the changes

  • Provide consistent data sets to support reporting tools (ROI, Cube analytics, RTR/CTR and Payroll)

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with both non-finance and finance stakeholders

  • Support with Ad hoc project requests


  • Fluent English and German

  • Proven experience in a similar role minimum 5 years

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance area or Finance courses related field preferred

  • Ability to self-prioritize and manage time in a face-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to ensure the accuracy of highly detailed information

  • Focused and proactive with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency

  • Effective Communication skills, both verbally and written

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office especially in EXCEL on advanced level

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Positive attitude, able to easily build relationships across multiple functions and business units
