TITLE: Senior Financial Analyst


LOCATION: Poland / Hungary

REPORTS INTO: Finance Director


Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Adjacent Business finance team. The finance team supports a rapidly growing global adjacent business, spanning 4 countries. As a member of the team, we are looking for a person that possesses accounting, financial, and analytical skills and the talent and passion to support a high growth business.

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for conducting various financial activities including month-end P&L reporting, revenue budgeting/ forecasting, capex tracking and reporting, and other adhoc activities to support decision making by senior management.

The role requires strong analytical and problem solving skills. As this position requires frequent interaction with various cross functional team members and business line management, strong communication skills are necessary. He or she will have the capability to own complex processes and the ability to positively contribute to the team environment in a global setting .

  • Prepare business performance reporting including monthly P&L reporting for senior leaders, capex reporting, tracking of KPIs, and pipeline reporting to inform the revenue outlook

  • Support business decisions by tracking trends, key operating metrics and delivering insights on financial and business performance

  • Manage sales pipeline to revenue forecast process, reporting and accurate tracking; including regular meetings with the sales team to ensure accurate data

  • Manage capital project tracking and reporting; liaise with accounting teams to produce accurate monthly capex reporting and forecasting

  • Prepare monthly presentations to Sr. Leadership based on financial reporting, key metrics and sales data

  • Support the annual budget and financial forecasting processes and identify areas to improve the effectiveness of financial planning activities, including timelines, tools and methods.

  • Support Risks and Opportunities tracking and work with the broader finance team and business to derive timely solutions to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities

  • Provide high-quality analytic support and challenge the way that the business thinks about financial reporting, metrics, and measurement.

  • Provide support during month-end close, including tracking expenses and accruals

  • Provide ad hoc reports and analytics as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

  • 3-5 years of progressive financial experience focused on providing financial reporting and business analysis support within a global corporation; performing a mix of Business Unit and Operational Finance roles.

  • Strong analytical skills needed to synthesize large quantities of data from different sources, identify trends and drivers, and distill them into insightful analysis.

  • Ability to build partnerships within a global team and work in a collaborative style

  • Attention to detail and intensity around consistently delivering high quality outputs in a multi-tasking environment.

  • Experience supporting a sales organization or partnering with sales operations preferred

  • Quick learner and problem solver who can deliver innovative ideas and approaches when faced with new issues or challenges.
